Can someone tell me how to get this blueprint. I have reached level 68 Heavy Melee and 71 Light Melee. 0.025% chance of obtaining one from killing a Buffalkor or buy one from a shop. The going rate seems to be around 13 million for one though. Does the rage blade work finally?
