It's legitimate site, not a scam; and you can earn some $, if you have the time. It's not difficult to understand how to do the tests, too. However, they lean to favor their customers, even when the contributor is in their right. Some tests are poorly written and hard to follow.

I showed up at the test "center" and it was a tiny residential office with 2 tiny rooms with computers. The person tried to sign me in on the computer but it kept failing. He called some number and it got routed to an offshore call center. The call center agent can't do anything about it.
