29 mar 2023 · Unable to log into the Tesla app (4.19.0-1639) on my phone. App starts and gives me the sign-in information, fill in the details and then it goes back to the sign-in screen. No errors. username and password work on web app (tesla.com) both on phone and computer.

23 sie 2021 · Android, Pixel 6. App was working fine until yesterday, and then it couldn't connect to the car. I've tried: Log out, log back in. I get an "error request timeout" message every time. Restart phone. Phone on 5g and wifi. Restart Tesla (long press both buttons) Delete and reinstall app.
Logging out and logging in fails with a popup that says it can't connect to auth.tesla.com:443 (standard https port). Both the phone and a desktop can browse to https://auth.tesla.com. It's a mystery why the app reports it can't connect, but the phone can connect to that address.
