22 maj 2020 · As of the Terraria Journey's End update, some fiery critters - namely the Lavafly, Hell Butterfly, and Magma Snail - can spawn in the Underworld. When used as fishing bait, these critters allow one to fish in lava, a very lucrative activity.
2 sie 2016 · GenPasses are, again, the way that Terraria handles world generation. It runs GenPass by GenPass in order, which builds the world piece by piece. These passes are as large as the whole dungeon, or as small as adding sand in early worldgen. It just matters on how you want to partition it.
Added two additional ways to fish in lava: Lavaproof Fishing Hook and Underworld bait. Pre-Hardmode crates no longer give Hardmode ores. Angler quest rewards no longer drop off after 150 quests. Fishing Power is now affected by Luck. Very high Fishing Power now gives decreasing returns.
14 sie 2024 · There are 3 places we can put NPC loot rules. If our mod adds an NPC and we want specific drops for that NPC, please put the relevant code in the ModifyNPCLoot hook in the ModNPC class. If we want to add drops to specific vanilla NPCs, put code in the ModifyNPCLoot hook in a GlobalNPC class.
The Bottomless Lava Bucket is an item that functions similarly to the standard Lava Bucket, except that it never runs out of Lava and can place it slightly faster than a regular lava bucket (especially when moving the cursor around while filling). It is obtained as a rare drop from fishing in lava.
