  1. Tekken is very fun and I especially love just hitting buttons against friends and seeing who can win, but if you want to get serious about it, it's a bit more difficult to learn than SF. If you prefer a 2d plan play Street Fighter, if you prefer a 3d plan play Tekken.

  2. I have both, i personally have always preferred Tekken over 2D fighters because i never cared much about special meter you have to keep track of in say street fighter. I also find tekken more fun overall and with more characters, more modes, tekken usually is better balanced as well.

  3. I'm still new at sfv with about 100-200 hours but it feels much easier to play street fighter than tekken. And since it's a bit slower and you're limited to 2d, it feel a lot more technical than tekken. Only downside I have with sfv is the art design but luckily sf6 is coming out and looks way better.

Most Advance level combos are truly hard to do, and you can actually use them in real matches as optimal, or near-optimal combos.
