Teavana return policy. So my wife and I recently got into drinking tea. Bought our first little set from Teavana, along with some teas. Ended up spending over $160 in 2 trips. We were really pleased with a store brewed cup of the seasonal pumpkin brûlée tea. However, upon buying some, it tastes nowhere near similar.

They sold the tea in 2ounce volumes so I'd ask for 4 ounces, get the four ounces but the salesgirl rang it up as 8 ounces. I took the teas back on Friday and explained it to the manager and they were like, I have no clue that you didn't get two bags of the same tea and refused to refund me.
For better tea purchasing, try Teavivre, Wha-cha, Verdant, or any other small, independent tea business that sells quality tea at a reasonable price with reoccurring great customer service. Fuck Teavana.
