I haven't used TC-V.com themselves, but did recently import a car from Japan (November 2020 - February 2021). The CIF price is not what you should realistically look to spend on it, especially if it has to be brought up to US safety specs since it's not 25 years old.
The reviews I've read thus far have been largely negative, as the service seems to be little more than a middle man. There's also no real certification on the quality of the car, since they're essentially a service for used car dealerships to reach a broader audience.
