I haven't used TC-V.com themselves, but did recently import a car from Japan (November 2020 - February 2021). The CIF price is not what you should realistically look to spend on it, especially if it has to be brought up to US safety specs since it's not 25 years old.

You can post your grief and complete scenario with all related documents like invoice, payment transfer slip copy, conversation with the dealer contact person, emails, dealer’s company name, phone number etc. at the online forums and portal like below.

Best. NallTWD. •. On TC-V: The reviews I've read thus far have been largely negative, as the service seems to be little more than a middle man. There's also no real certification on the quality of the car, since they're essentially a service for used car dealerships to reach a broader audience.
