I bought my TCL c645 43” last week and I am not satisfied with the video quality especially in Netflix. I think it is sometimes saturated or has brightness/dolby vision/hdr issue. Is it just my TV or I need to change some settings?

With local dimming set to high the following video (probably other SDR content has this too, but this could be a good reference) looks oversaturated/clipping happens, when local dimming is off it looks natural (more details are visible).
