Link & Learn Taxes is self-paced e-learning for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (VITA/TCE) program. This training will instruct you in the VITA/TCE return preparation process and tax law covered in the VITA/TCE program.

Login. Password Requirements. Must be at least 8 characters in length. Must not exceed 100 characters. Must contain at least one number. Must contain at least one special character (#?!@$%^&*-) Must contain at least one upper case character. Must contain at least one lower case character. Case-sensitive.
Practice Lab is available 24/7-365 so you can go in and get used to the software, enter scenarios for fun or to enter scenarios for the certification tests. There are a few ways to access the practice lab. The software will generally be updated to the new tax year (tax tables, credits, forms, etc) mid November.
