Pay online on Taxpayer Access Point (TAP) Making a payment online at the department website, Taxpayer Access Point (TAP). TAP is fast, easy, and electronic check payments are free. After you submit your payment information, you will receive an online confirmation.
Appointments for all offices can be made by calling 866-285-2996. The status of a refund is available electronically. A social security number and the amount of the refund due are required to check on the status. You are not required to register for a TAP account to use this service.

7 gru 2021 · Taxpayer Access Point (TAP), the Taxation and Revenue Department’s self-service portal, has added new tools for taxpayers to keep their accounts up to date. Taxpayers now can use TAP to update their organizations’ officers, their addresses and their “Doing Business As” (DBA) designations.
