7 kwi 2021 · Unable to take a photo on My Surface Pro 7, I can take a video but not a photo. Please try deleting the Camera Roll folder under User Folder\Pictures. Save anything inside it to another location if you need it. Restart your computer and then try to open the Camera app. It should be working fine now. It didn't work, keeps coming up with error code.
