29 wrz 2016 · TrendSheet fills out the 1004MC, creates charts, and provides trend analysis for pricing, concessions, and distressed sales going back up to two years. Plus, you get multiple adjustment indicators based on three different appraisal methodologies.
I was curious is anyone here was willing to share how they support making market condition adjustments. My supervisor just sticks with what the 1004MC recommends, but from what I can see the 1004MC is extremely limited in how it presents market data.
17 sie 2018 · On July 31, 2018, at the Appraisal Institute Annual Conference, Fannie Mae announced the end of the 1004MC. News quickly spread among the appraisal blogosphere, and on August 7, 2018, the new Selling Guide showed that the 1004MC was no longer required. Rejoicing was heard throughout the land.
