I have numerous countries with usage and I only want to see the top 10. But I cannot do the Filter Top 10 option becuase it looks at the entire data source. I did try the "Finding the Top N Within a Category" option, but that didn't work.
12 gru 2017 · Simply add a table with names and salaries, and then adjust the filter for salary by setting the filter type to 'Top N'. You can then change the 'Show items' value to 'Top' and '10.'. Additionally, you will have to drag the salary field into the 'By value' field labeled 'Drag data fields here.'.

9 gru 2023 · Show Top 10 Categories Using Power Query Editor. You can filter the entire table to the top 10 (or top n) using power query and filter out the rest. The rest of the data will not show in Table view outside of power query. Go to Home > Transform Data to open Power Query Editor.
