Here is a speed test of T-Mobile's 5G Home Internet that I just helped my Aunt setup today near Rohnert Park California. The Home Internet Modem was getting 4 Bars N71 5G from the tower and my Pixel 6a was getting 60 MHz of N71 off the local tower so the modem was likely getting the same.
