My download speed is very fast, but the upload speed is extremely disappointing. TBH, I have seen download speeds (working with support, around 0230) over 350 and upload speeds up to 10. That 10 upload speed was immediately after support rebooted the router.
My download speeds are 250+ at all times, but my upload rarely goes above 2.5 mbps. I even use a Waveform Mimo 4x4 External antenna. Unfortunately, T-M4B is the only internet available where I live, and I’m dead center of the 2 signals my nearest tower puts out, so even pointing the antenna directly at it only does so much.
5 sty 2024 · You may be able to increase your T-Mobile 5G Home Internet speeds by relocating the gateway to a more optimal location, restarting your T-Mobile gateway, moving your device closer to your T-Mobile gateway, or connecting your computer to the gateway using an Ethernet cable.

Yesterday I installed my new 5G router. Here are a rundown of the issue in question. My new Router gets 250-300 download and around 20 upload and up to 25 upload. My old DSL (which is still active at my house is constantly 8 upload) Using wireless, my upload speed test is up to 25 mpbs.
30 kwi 2022 · First activity. Ok so I’m new to T-Mobile home internet but I’ve came across a issue. I’m getting 4-12 ping, 130-190mbs download, but I’m only getting around 3-4.8mbs upload, that is thru Ethernet, if I go to WiFi the numbers are the same beside upload goes up to 5.2-8.3mbs…. What could be going on? Phone support was no help at all. 5g.
