17 sty 2019 · Scleroderma or systemic sclerosis: ANA pattern is most commonly speckled, followed by centromeric and less commonly nucleolar. Mixed connective tissue disease: ANA pattern is almost always...
The speckled pattern in ANA (Antinuclear Antibody) testing is one of the most common and diagnostically significant patterns, characterized by its distinctive, fine or coarse speckled appearance under a fluorescence microscope.
19 maj 2015 · Speckled pattern distributed throughout the interphase nucleus with characteristic heterogeneity in the size, brightness and distribution of the speckles. Throughout the interphase nucleus, there are some denser and looser areas of speckles (very characteristic feature).
What does an ANA speckled pattern (ICAP nomenclature: AC-2,4,5,29) indicate? My (27F) ANA was positive at 1:320. It was a speckled pattern. My alkaline phosphatase levels have been low for months now too. What autoimmune disease could this be? Any ideas? Thanks!
1) Prominent fine speckled AC-4 type nuclear staining in interphase cells. 2) Consistent strong fine speckled staining of condensed chromatin in mitotic cells. Depending on the serum dilution used, the mitotic chromatin staining may appear homogeneous.
5 sty 2022 · Second, the nuclear dense fine-speckled (AC-2) and Topo I-like (AC-29) patterns are realigned closer to the nuclear homogeneous pattern (AC-1) to highlight their similarities in staining of both interphase nuclei and mitotic condensed chromatin.
29 cze 2023 · Speckled — Staining is seen as small dots in the nucleus and is found in people with SLE, mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD), scleroderma, and Sjögren’s syndrome (an autoimmune disease that causes dry eyes and dry mouth).
