Spencer1s. Level 7. Options. a week ago. I have an ASUS TUF F15 (FX507ZV4). Recently I encountered a problem, where my laptop keyboard light got stuck on red. All the effects were working (strobing, static, breathing) but only red light was there. When I switch to COLOR CYLE option in the Armory Crate, only the red light was fading and appearing.
Restart PC to reinstall driver. See if the On-screen Keyboard works at Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard > Turn On the On Screen Keyboard. If the problem doesn't repeat itself in the On Screen Keyboard then it means there's a hardware issue with the key. Try cleaning the keyboard and/or removing the key to clean underneath:
