Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal usernames, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account must be accessed using that password. On the MyChart mobile app, you can also log in using face ID or fingerprint login.
When you log in to UofL Health MyChart, we use the existing connections to determine where you have been seen. We can then suggest you connect to these organizations to see a complete view of your health record in this UofL Health MyChart account.
