3 reviews. US. 7 hours ago. 6 Year User - Ended Abruptly. Great service when it works which is why I give it an extra star. If they want to resolve the situation, please reach out. My review stands otherwise. They will remove all accounts at once if they deem a risk.
Synchrony policies regardless of customer's payment history. Synchrony owns many of my credit accounts. They have good customer service and a good online portal. What I am unhappy about is that after being a customer who paid every payment on time, on every account, my credit limits were decreased.
