Sync issues with iPhone. Status: Open. I have an iPhone and use Office 365 desktop (Windows10). For years, I've been syncing my desktop outlook calendar and desktop outlook address book with my iPhone manually using iTunes (by plugging my phone into my desktop).
Turn off icloud contact syncing on the iPhone (and delete from phone). Then import the vCard to O365 through Outlook. Turn on O365 contacts on phone (if it isn't already).
The Outlook iOS app has a built-in calendar that provides notifications. I believe the native Mail app's Exchange server support will also sync the Outlook calendar with the iOS calendar. Neither of these requires that you sync with iTunes to your work PC.
