3 gru 2010 · I want to create a documents with some excerpts from a PDF file which has many symbols. When I copy and paste to MS Word, it is not copying the symbols correctly. What is the best way to go about?
11 paź 2010 · Here is a useful trick to quickly resolve this without having to remove all the line breaks manually. Basically, all it does is automatically replace all the unwanted line breaks with a single space, making all the text run together into a single paragraph: 1- copy the text you want from the PDF.
4 maj 2009 · If you want to copy text from PDF to Word and want to perserve the layouts and hyperlinks, evern graphics, you could use PDF to Word Converter, by which, you can preserve the original contents from PDF to Word.
13 cze 2024 · To copy the PDF text, right-click and select Copy, select Edit > Copy from the menu, or use the keyboard shortcuts: Windows: Ctrl + C; Mac: Command (⌘) + C; To paste text from a PDF into Word, Docs, or other destination document, right-click and select Paste, select Edit > Paste from the menu, or use the keyboard shortcuts: Windows: Ctrl + V
One possible reason for this could be that font embedding in the PDF was using a custom encoding, which is not correctly applied when copying text from the PDF. You can apply different methods to save yourself from manually typing all of the content.

7 sty 2023 · You can search and copy the required symbols from CHARMAP program. The other option is to enter the Unicode character of the symbol and then press Alt + X to convert in to a symbol. For example, on Microsoft Word enter 2721 and then press Alt and X to convert it in to a star .
