So there are 3 possibilities (afaik rn given the above). 5LGs can be acquired by a non-original owner or a non-demon theft via choosing him/her. Which leads me to believe that basically everyone can get a 5LG if you're chosen for whatever reason.

The closest equivalent I can think of for something like a five leaf clover Grimoire for the Heart Kingdom would probably be something like a broken heart Grimoire, where the heart has a crack going down it.
