ADULT EXERCISE / SWIM REGISTRATION FORM. Arthritisize - Tuesday and Thursday: 1:15-2:00. Arthritisize is a program aimed at relieving arthritic pain in joints. It is very low impact stretching in the water, to reduce inflammation and help regain muscle and joint movement.
