This is a great idea that one could also do with backpack straps, thread wire through them. Has anyone fortified their BOB straps? 6 gru 2018 · Clips are less secure but more easily removable. For example, you may want to quickly move the sheath from your 2 o’clock position to your 5 o’clock. A clip makes that easy, whereas a loop-based sheath will require at least a partial removal of your belt.
