20 wrz 2009 · Their published 40.0 grain load is very light but the 45.0 grain load seems about right for max. AA-2495 seems to produce a lot of heat and even leaves more copper fouling from jacketed bullets than other powders.
The .303 is relatively easy to hand load for and components are plentiful. Using powders in the H4895 (ADI 2206H) to Varget (ADI 2208) and IMR 4064 range, optimum velocities include 3000fps with 125 grain bullets, 2700fps with 150 grain bullets and 2400fps with 174-180 grain bullets.
