16 sty 2022 · I've ran the Microsoft Surface Diagnostic Toolkit which confirmed the keyboard and trackpad is not working. It also found the microphone not to work but I'm not sure if that is related. My laptop is on Windows 10 Home 21H2 and it claims to be up to date with updates.
