Miralax contains only one ingredient - polyethylene glycol, aka PEG 3350 – a white powder that dissolves in water and gives something that is virtually indistinguishable from a glass of water. As a colonoscopy prep, it is dissolved in Gatorade.
Here's what I did to make my experience with Suprep not terrible: Mixed the solution with crystal light lemonade like some suggest. Took my time drinking it. It says to finish in 30 minutes, but if it takes you an hour, that's fine. I think that's how I was able to combat the nausea a lot of people were feeling.
