This study aims to identify and synthesise cancer patients’ views about areas where they need support throughout their care, and identified a group of key common needs that are common to a majority of cancer journeys.
Our goal was to clarify the commonality of the experience of “cancer”, irrespective of the type of cancer, thus providing an overview of the common and important support needs faced by people with cancer, and hence an understanding of where supportive care is most needed.
