Superman is not an aggressor. Therefore, Goku would NOT be willing to use kryptonite against Superman. He would want it to be a fair fight. A Superman is essentially invulnerable in view of the sun, while Goku would be the superior fighter.
Superman Prime 1 million is featless and there's nothing to suggest he comes close to the strongest Goku. And I'm saying that as a Superman fan. And Superman is far from being the most op character in fiction. Even CAS would ultimately fall to Dies Irae, Ruckerverse, SCP, Dark Tower, and Umineko.
