Get auto-weed from Tithe farm as soon as possible. Bagged plants (construction) give Farming AND Construction EXP so they're great to quickly get past the starting levels. Sulphurous fertiliser is a good way to also skip early levels while getting favour - should be a lot cheaper than bagged plants. https://oldschool.runescape.
With 74 farming, you can use the highest level of seed. Assuming you get two tithe farm games per 50 minutes, ~25-27 minutes each, this nets you 75k farming for hour. This also assumes you are wearing the full farming outfit.
TLDR: The best farming guild contract strategy is: Plant redwood, maple, curry tree, snapdragon, white lilly, poison ivy, potato cactus, watermelon, snape grass, celastrus always in advance. Dont do yews/magics/dragonfruits. Skip if seed is not done growing until next herb run.
