I seem to be making more aesthetic progress on MAPS than I was on SL. As a new lifter, it feels like a really balanced program and by doing it I'm learning more about how my body responds to different phases of the program, and individual exercises which I think makes it a good value.
Compared with winter 2022, MAPS 15 kept me very much on track. The exercise selection did a good job of giving me a full body workout, stretched out well over the week. The program really is 15 minutes a day, with a lot of days ending up more like 10 minutes (until I implemented the 4-2-2 tempo and started stretching out the sets a good bit more).
