22 kwi 2024 · I updated my computer to Sonoma 14.4.1 and ever since then my macbook is overheating (gets super hot), runs the fans a lot, and battery dies overnight when not plugged in -- even if it goes to sleep with a full battery.
MacBook Pro 14 battery degraded very fast (bought in April 2022). The full tank is draining in just 4-5 hours. I've been using this mac for 2 days straight and still have 30-40% of battery. What could go wrong?
