22 lip 2021 · If you have set up a sub-account and "gifted" it to your daughter it should still show in your MyBT under the section "Emails You have given to friends and family". You will not however be able to access it or manage it. the only option you will have is to remove it from your account.

Sub-accounts are extra email addresses, included at no extra cost to you. You can create up to ten sub-accounts. You can give each sub-account its own parental controls access level, so each family member is safe.
17 wrz 2018 · When we orginally set it up I set up family members with sub accounts. These have subsequently disappeared from the account. My husband is no longer able to access his email via yahoo due to the log in issues and has forgotton his password.
