Absolutely awful! Two boxes along with two exchange boxes in an attempt to get to items that remotely match my style profile. Style profile is fully complete and includes five separate outfit pictures that are directly from the Stately IG.
Don't get scammed. This business will scam you, and then harass you with emails. I ordered Presidential box, received cheap, trashy clothings that you can find $20-70 online each, marked as $70-200 worth. I wanted to make refund, they only would offer exchange. I just threw away all the clothing and did not even bother exchanging.
1 review. US. Jul 19, 2023. "Style" box or Fraud Box? First: The "styles" that I FINALLY received were hideous. Not just ugly, completely hideous and absolutely contrary to everything that I advised in the styling profile. EVERYTHING must be returned. Additionally, sending me 2 blank crew neck t-shirts is not styling.

Accessories could be better matched to my style. A few sizing/fit inconsistencies on button-downs. Overall, Stately delivers an excellent service compared to other options I‘ve tried.
