The string of three 1N4148 diodes (electric green triangle) could work in a pinch, but the voltage values are consistently 100~120mV low.

   5 lut 2010 · Certainly my testing was limited to what I had laying around, but I'd still like to find a combination of small-signal diodes that would work better to replace the STV-3H, as the UF4004's are pretty clunky to work with in this application.

   13 lut 2019 · To verify my test rig I tested a diode from the supplier in Germany who is selling on eBay. This diode did test good with a 1.6 vdc voltage drop. The OEM diodes off of the F2624 boards are marked with the yellow dot but the body is reddish brown.

   4 lut 2010 · I was able to locate some SV-03 biasing diodes from Consolidated Electronics. I believe they are pretty similar to STV-3H. I am looking for some SV-02 replacements and haven't been able to find any. This thread shows that I can make a replacement for the SV-02 out of a couple of single diodes.
