8 lis 2018 · Unpack turbo kit and account for all parts as per Diagram #1. Connect (+) terminal on oil pump to 12V and (-) terminal to ground using jumper wires and run oil pump for 5 minutes to break in the oil pump brushes.
29 kwi 2012 · Does anyone have any experience with running a STS turbo on their 4.3L engines? I'd especially like to hear from folks who have it matched up with the 5 speed manual transmission. What do you like or not like about them?
Our systems utilize Precision 62mm turbos, Air-To-Air intercooler, and your choice of an exhaust connection type. Our kit has been tested on several 5.3L and 6.2L applications. Horsepower ranges start around 500rwhp, and have seen over 800rwhp with just the change of a spring, or boost controller.
STS1000 is designed for 4.0-5.0 liter engines and delivers up to 620 crankshaft horsepower while STS1002 is for larger 6.0-7.0 liter engines and delivers up to 760 crankshaft horsepower. 22 cze 2011 · Been looking into doing a turbo kit for my truck. Going to be expensive but it would eat up these diesels and mustangs I'n town! Might talk to Nelson performance and see what they can do and get prices and hp/tq numbers. If anyone has a turbo on a 5.3 silverado post some pics and tell me how you like it and if its worth it!

27 paź 2013 · Hey guys, I'm thinking about turbo charging my 2010 silverado w/5.3l, but I wasn't sure what brand of bolt on kits are worth the time/hassle/money. I like the concept of the rear-mounted sts system simply because it's cold air induction.
