This study aimed to determine the stress management of teachers at Linamon District during the School Year 2022-2023. Specifically, the study sought to find out the following objectives: the demographic profiles and the work-related mental stressors of the respondents.
The purpose of this article is to present a stress-management model for teach-ers, especially special educators, to use on a daily basis to help prevent professional burnout and better cope with job-related stress. Research, definitions, and factors contrib-uting to teacher stress are included.
