15 lip 2024 · A tornado warning was issued until 12:30 a.m. in La Salle and Livingston counties for Streator, Pontiac and Dwight. Severe thunderstorms capable of producing tornadoes and straight line wind damage were located along a line extending from near Streator to 7 miles northwest of Flanagan to near Minonk, moving southeast at 50 mph.
5 cze 2010 · The one quarter mile swath of destruction went from west to east across Streator south of Route 18, damaging Engle Lane Theater and structures near the Southside Athletic Park. The storm left 1800 without power that night, with 35 buildings taking heavy damage.
