Stony brook won't let any students use any of the facilities. One time we went to the Staller steps, and the AEPI kids brought their speakers and were playing music. A woman came storming out of the library saying that they were disturbing classes (the music wasn't that loud).

Pros. It's a great school to study STEM. Especially if you're interested in the engineering field, I consider Stony Brook to be the best SUNY school to pursue your studies in the STEM field. If you're a premed, then Stony will help you prepare for the MCAT and eventually apply to medical schools.
