I ran it with no bar and I could see the oil clearly pumping out. The bar oil port is not plugged (I know it's dirty around there, but even still you can see the oil port is clean and clear). It goes through just as much oil as it does fuel.

If there is oil flow at the oil hole of the saw, then clean out the oil holes in the bar and you are done. Otherwise... One possibility is a clogged oil tank vent valve. The vent is just in front of the bar studs. Use a compressor and blow on the vent from the outside to clear it. The next possibility is a clogged oil line.
12 lut 2022 · Your bar could be slightly misaligned with the oil port. If you hold it by the nose and gently pull it up as you tighten the chain to tolerance, it may help. You shouldn’t need the gasket.
10 lis 2021 · There’s a grub screw or duckbill valve that’s supposed to be there to keep in the oil. The exhaust may have melted a hole in your oil reservoir. easiest fix is with heat resistant epoxy and some heat tape over it. 11K subscribers in the stihl community.
