The "Req lvl" is the level required for Steelskin, whereas "Supported lvl" is the level that CWDT can cast at its current gem level. The green colors is where Steelskin and CWDT Match in Required and Supported, and where one would correctly assume the best Dmg/Shield to be.
26 sie 2020 · You can't manually use skills that are supported by a trigger. In this case, it will cast automatically when you take enough damage (so long as it isn't on cooldown).

23 lip 2024 · Cast when Damage Taken Setup. For obvious reasons, we’re also running a fairly high Cast when Damage Taken to proc a high level Steelskin. While you could opt to manually cast it, I generally don’t think it’s very feasible to predict incoming damage well enough to do so.
