30 gru 2020 · there are three ways to play SteamVR games with our Quest2: 1) Link + Oculus software on PC: using the official cable or any compatible usb3 cable, start in the quest2 and click on Oculus Link to start a PCVR session. From there go to library and you should have access to your games purchased on Oculus Rift store and SteamVR games.

Vrchat doesn't work on SteamVR if it's using an Oculus headset. Either Vrc won't load maps, avatars, or will just crash for no reason. Seems like this was an intentional handicap made my Valve to make the Vive appear more reliable

I searched and tried everything - updated drivers, plugged in via USB, reinstalled steam VR, reinstalled games, changed between Oculus and SteamVR as default OpenXR runtime, manually added steam games to oculus library and launched from there, etc. Nothing worked.

5 gru 2023 · SteamVR works, but the moment i load into a game, the game stops responding. I don’t believe it to be a driver issue, I suspect it has to do with some software incompatibility. does anyone have any idea?
