8 mar 2024 · Same here. Definitely the current Update makes SteamVR unusable. Updated Quest 2. Reinstalled SteamVR. Newest graphic card drivers. Win 11 up to date. The only thing that worked is to repair the Occulus app in Windows Settings section Apps.

14 wrz 2021 · I am trying to play a big VR game on my laptop through to my Oculus Quest 2. I'm connected to Oculus Link but for some reason I am getting an error from Steam. Apparently the initialization failed. It says 'Installation path could not be located (110)'.

2 mar 2024 · The latest update of the Oculus App broke its ability to work with SteamVR. In order to get it working you need an older version of the Oculus Desktop App. I managed to get one by going into “Add or Remove Apps” on my PC and then selecting “Oculus” and prompting it to repair.
