VacList allows you to view and track Steam account's VAC status.
I created a small tool that lets me track Steam accounts to see if people I thought were hacking were eventually caught by VAC or OW. The game itself only gives you a message if someone you reported gets banned, but no indication on who it was or how far back it was (I'm not sure if there is a time limit but probably).
