Scam: Account Sellers and Traders. Do not buy or trade Steam accounts. You can never be considered the owner of an account you've obtained from someone else. The only legitimate, supported, and ultimately protected way to use Steam is through an account you personally created.

If anyone contacts you about anything to do with your account, it is a scam. Steam Support are the only entity that will ever communicate with users and this is done through fixed client notifications or tickets.
