16 lut 2014 · Try restarting Steam. Failing that, delete everything in the C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam except "steam.exe" and the folders "SteamApps" and "Userdata". Then run steam.exe. This worked for me! I had just updated to windows 11 and steam was installed on a different drive as windows and my steam library on a different drive than steam.
