16 lut 2014 · Try restarting Steam. Failing that, delete everything in the C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam except "steam.exe" and the folders "SteamApps" and "Userdata". Then run steam.exe. This worked for me! I had just updated to windows 11 and steam was installed on a different drive as windows and my steam library on a different drive than steam.
24 wrz 2022 · There's probably an easy way to make Steam recognize the games on my other drive as installed in the platform but I don't know how. If I right click a game installed and hit "properties" there's no file location, it's as if the game isn't installed. What do? Thanks <3. Fixed* After updating Windows the Steam client now recognizes all my games.

I found a very easy workaround.Go to your library and install a game to the desired drive. As soon as you have assigned that drive in Steam, it should give you the ability to move it in the Local Files menu. You can cancel the download immediately if you wish.
