Log into your Edison account to review and update your information every 90 days. Self maintenance of your account, of the information listed below through the Edison Portal, will provide you with better results of e-mail notifications of publicly posted events.
BAE Account Lookup. First Time Login for Edison Users. If you have never logged into Edison or if you have changed agencies since the last time you logged in, you will need your 8-digit employee ID which you can get from your supervisor or your agency's HR office.
Your Edison password will expire every 90 days, and you will need to reset it or risk getting locked out of your account. If you do get locked out of your account, call the Edison Help Line at 615-741-4357 for help resetting it.

You can follow these steps: Navigate to https://www.edison.tn.gov. Click on “Employee Portal Login” Enter Your Access ID. Don’t Know Your Access ID? Click the Back button on your browser. Click on the Retrieve Access ID button. Complete the required fields (First Name, Last Name, Birth Date, Zip Code) Click “Submit”
Suppliers must follow the instructions below in order to create a supplier user account in Edison: Navigate to: https://hub.edison.tn.gov/psp/paprd/EMPLOYEE/EMPL/h/?tab=PAPP_GUEST. Click the Supplier Portal Home Page link.
