4 maj 2021 · New Orders Effective May 4, 2021. Ohio’s adult day services centers and senior centers have been permitted to reopen congregate services since September 21, 2020, so long as all safety standards outlined in a state public health order were met.
The Ohio Department of Aging develops administrative rules and forms for the responsible operation of our programs. Public participation in our rule development process is encouraged. Currently effective rules.
REQUIREMENTS & REGULATIONS. [] There are three types of adult day centers. • Social centers provide meals, recreation and some health-related services. • Medical/health centers provide social activities, as well as more intensive health and therapeutic services.
Currently effective rules for Ohio Department of Aging programs and services are established in Agency 173 of the Ohio Administrative Code.

The CCDF State Plan serves as Ohio's application for a three-year cycle of CCDF funds. Ohio must outline in our State Plan how we are going to spend the funds given for child care within CCDF rules and regulations to provide high-quality child care services to eligible families.
